Some of the equipment used in the laboratory
The ICAP PRO is a high-performance chemical spectrometry-mass spectrometer (ICP-MS) from Thermo Fisher Scientific. It is designed to analyze elements in a wide range of samples, including water, soil, air, food, and pharmaceutical products.
The ICAP PRO uses simultaneous spray chemical mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) technology, which has high resolution and sensitivity. The sample is introduced into the ICP-MS machine in the form of a liquid solution, and is analyzed by exposing it to an electric arc or laser beam. This excites the atoms in the sample, which are then separated based on their mass using a mass spectrometer.
CIRCULATION BATH is a device used to keep the temperature of samples constant during experiments. The device consists of a basin filled with a liquid, such as water or oil, that is heated or cooled by a heat exchanger.
